Waist (B)

Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

  • Fajas are meant to be tight, so don’t be surprised if you have to lay down to get it on. So when you get your faja, don’t worry if at first it seems impossible to get into. It will get easier as your waist adjusts.

  • Fajas are meant to be worn based on your current size, not the size you want to be. We all carry weight differently, if you feel like you are between sizes, we suggest going a size up.

  • Our fajas don’t stretch out and it is important that you are able to breathe comfortably. Remember, you will still look 2 sizes smaller just by wearing it.

  • Break into your faja gradually, start by wearing your faja 2-4 hours a day, gradually increasing the amount of time until you are comfortable wearing it for long periods of time. As your waist becomes smaller you will become more accustomed to it, and it will not feel as tight.

  • Safety first, although our fajas are safe to use post-partum and post-surgery please talk to your doctor if you have any previous injuries.

  • Waist training: If you are serious about waist training make sure you look into a program that encourages core strength exercises, and a balanced diet.

Getting into your Faja:
  • Avoid lotions for easier fitting and better absorption of the Vitamin E.
  • If you have long nails, pull with care. Although our fajas are very resistant its best to avoid sharp object specially around the buttocks which contains cotton.
1. Start with the zipper closed underneath. Start by putting your legs though (as if you were putting on your tightest jeans or stockings) all the way up your hips.
2. Then the straps around your shoulders.
3. Lastly start doing the hooks from the bottom to the top (laying down helps)
Faja care:
Only wash with water for the first 6 months as that will allow your skin to absorb all the vitamin E.
