Tips and FAQ’s

  • Fajas are meant to be tight, so don’t be surprised if you have to lay down to get it on. So when you get your faja, don’t worry if at first it seems impossible to get into. It will get easier as your waist adjusts.

  • Zipper or Adjustable? It all depends. They both provide the same hourglass effect and are subtle under garments. Keep in mind our zippered fajas only go up to size Large whereas most of our adjustable fajas go up to sizes XL or XXL. Some people like the ease of the zippered fajas, while others prefer the flexibility of the adjustable fajas that can be worn tighter or looser.

  • Is there any padding on your fajas? No. We are often asked this question. Everything about our fajas is natural. The faja only works with what you got, it accentuates your own curves. You will be surprised of what you already got ; )

  • Fajas are meant to be worn based on your current size, not the size you want to be. We all carry weight differently, if you feel like you are between sizes, we suggest going a size up.

  • Our fajas don’t stretch out and it is important that you are able to breathe comfortably. Remember, you will still look 2 sizes smaller just by wearing it.

  • Break into your faja gradually, start by wearing your faja 2-4 hours a day, gradually increasing the amount of time until you are comfortable wearing it for long periods of time. As your waist becomes smaller you will become more accustomed to it, and it will not feel as tight.

  • Safety first, although our fajas are safe to use post-partum and post-surgery please talk to your doctor if you have any previous injuries.

  • What is Slim3 Technology?  Slim3 technology provides your skin with the same slimming properties as external gels and creams that contribute to your weight loss regime. Some of the key ingredients are: Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba and Marine Algae. Benefits include: Skin toning, skin hydration and regeneration (antioxidant and anti-aging).

  • Waist training: If you are serious about waist training make sure you look into a program that encourages core strength exercises, and a balanced diet.

Getting into your Faja:
  • Avoid lotions for easier fitting and better absorption of the Vitamin E.
  • If you have long nails, pull with care. Although our fajas are very resistant its best to avoid sharp object specially around the buttocks which contains cotton.
1. Start with the zipper closed underneath. Start by putting your legs though (as if you were putting on your tightest jeans or stockings) all the way up your hips.
2. Then the straps around your shoulders.
3. Lastly start doing the hooks from the bottom to the top (laying down helps)
Faja care:
Only wash with water for the first 6 months as that will allow your skin to absorb all the vitamin E.
