Our return policy
At fajas.ca we aim to provide an excellent customer experience. If you’re not happy with you purchase you may return your item for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase date.
Only unused/unworn items can be returned, the item must be in its original package with tags included.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and any associated costs involving returns of any merchandise or product. We recommend using an insured, traceable shipping option, as we cannot be held responsible for package losses.
All items are inspected before being shipped and it’s very unlikely that we will send an incorrect item or a damaged one. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately to provide the order information and we will initiate the exchange or refund process. Exchanging damaged or incorrect merchandise should not incur extra cost or fees if confirmed by customer service.
